About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Ceylara Gems & Jewellery, a brand of Dinesh Gems (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka.

Product information

We describe every stone and piece as accurately as we can, including weight, measurements, origin and any known treatment. Colours can appear differently on screens; we're happy to send additional photos or video. Laboratory reports are available on request.

Prices & quotations

Prices are provided on enquiry and are confirmed in writing before any order. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Availability is not guaranteed until payment is received.

Bespoke commissions

Bespoke work begins once a design and deposit are agreed. Because commissions are made to your specification, deposits for bespoke work are non-refundable once production has started.

Payment

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with your quotation. Goods remain our property until paid in full.

Delivery

Items are shipped fully insured with tracking. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties and taxes in your country are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

Returns

Loose stones and ready-made jewellery may be returned in their original condition within 7 days of delivery, with their documentation, by prior arrangement. Bespoke, resized or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.
